Who we are

Asher Arcade (asherarcade.com) is operated by Scott Asher LLC. All orders, payments, and services on this site — and Asher Arcade listings on marketplaces like Etsy — are provided by Scott Asher LLC. Questions? Email hello@asherarcade.com or use the contact form — we reply within 24 hours.

Orders, deposits & payment

• Custom games and event tools are quoted from our published pricing ($79–$299 tiers). Nothing is owed until you approve the quote.
• An optional deposit locks in your build date and is applied in full to your total.
• Deposits are fully refundable any time before we start building. Once building starts, the deposit covers work performed.

Refunds & our guarantee

• If your product doesn't work at your event and we can't make it right, you get a full refund. That's the whole policy. Tell us within 7 days of your event.
• Custom builds include a revision round before your event. We test every build on real phones before delivery.
• Digital and personalized products (including Etsy orders) aren't returnable once delivered, but the guarantee above still applies — if it doesn't work, we fix it or refund it.
• Etsy orders are additionally covered by Etsy's purchase protection.

What you get & what you can do with it

• Your custom game or tool is yours to share and play at your event and beyond. Hosting on asherarcade.com is included for the period stated in your tier ($20/yr renewal after the first year; 60 days for the Occasion tier).
• We keep the right to show anonymized versions of games in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
• Our free tools (Quiz Builder, game demos) are provided as-is for personal use.

Privacy

• KeepsakeDrop photos collect in a private Google Drive folder we create for your event and share with you from day one — you can watch photos arrive live. During the collection window (through 30 days after your event) that folder lives in our Google Drive so we can verify uploads are working; we access it only for support and never share it with anyone else. After the window closes we hand the folder over to you entirely and delete our access and any remaining copies. If an album hasn't been claimed (downloaded or ownership transferred) within 60 days after its collection window closes, we may permanently delete it — we send reminders before that happens. • Quiz Builder quizzes live entirely in the share link. There is no account and no server database of your quiz content.
• The contact form collects your name, email, and message only so we can reply. We never sell or share your information.
• This site uses Google Analytics to count visits. Leaderboards store only the display name a player chooses to enter.
• To have any information removed, use the contact form.

The boring-but-necessary part

Products are provided as-is to the fullest extent allowed by law; Scott Asher LLC's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These policies may be updated over time — the version on this page is the one in effect.
